Toby Robinson graduated with a First Class, Master of Engineering degree from the University of Durham in 1997.
Working initially with Arup Group he became a chartered engineer with the Institution of Structural Engineers and then the Institution of Civil Engineers, both in 2002.
Since then he has worked for a number of the UK’s leading engineering consultancies.
Toby has a strong background working on a wide range of building projects in a number of industry sectors. He has a hands on approach, working closely with Architects, Clients and Contractors to deliver practical, buildable solutions in all major materials including extensive modifications to existing buildings
With an eye for both the aesthetic as well as function, Toby is able to develop complex designs from concept to construction.
In 2009 Toby took the exciting step of launching
his own practice delivering structural engineering excellence in the southeast.
